The Asgard Treasury was actually quite heavily guarded.

Not only did guards patrol the area, but the gates had also been blessed with magic. Ordinary people simply could not open them.

What was more, the Destroyer Armor stood guard within the treasury itself. This could be considered one of the most heavily defended places in all of Asgard.

Yet thanks to Loki, the Frost Giants had drawn the attention of every patrol guard. Both sides were currently fighting in the main hall, while the Destroyer Armor had been sent to Earth by Loki and was then trapped by Fang Mo using a low-budget Planetary Devastation. It probably would not be returning to Asgard anytime soon.

As for that magic-blessed gate...

When Fang Mo discovered that he could not open the gate, he simply had Steve dig in from the side.

He now had a Silk Touch pickaxe, so he could put the blocks he dug up back afterward. Just as Fang Mo had promised Frigga... he would not damage a single brick or tile of Asgard.

It had to be said that Asgard truly was a mod paradise for Fang Mo.

The instant he stepped into the treasury, System Prompts began ringing wildly in his mind.

Seeing this, he naturally stopped holding back.

After all, Fang Mo had already paid for admission, so he could get handsy without any guilt.

Fang Mo swaggered through the treasury, picking up and playing with every treasure he came across.

Of course, some of the items here were imitation fakes. For example, there was a prototype Infinity Gauntlet with several gems embedded in it. Odin had probably wanted to gather the Infinity Stones in his younger days as well.

Fang Mo guessed that perhaps when Odin had acquired the Soul Stone, he had realized the importance of love and peace because he had to sacrifice someone dear to him. That might have been why he later fell out with Hela.

That was also why he had hidden the Tesseract in Norway on Earth afterward.

Fang Mo had encountered the Thermal Expansion mod before. If he remembered correctly, it was a mod for building machines—a so-called tech mod. But Fang Mo had no interest in building machines, so his understanding of it was limited.

He only knew that a bunch of industrial experts jokingly called it a beginner's teaching mod.

But honestly, Fang Mo never would have imagined that after touching four divine artifacts in a fantastical place like Asgard, he would somehow get a freaking tech mod.

You could've at least given me Botania!

"Forget it. At least I can still get Lucky Blocks from it."

Fang Mo took a deep breath, trying not to let this useless mod affect his mood. "There are so many good things here anyway. I'll just touch a few more. Even if I only pull Lucky Blocks later, I'll still come out ahead."

With that, Fang Mo headed toward the other items in the treasury again.

After touching a whole pile of strange things in succession, Fang Mo successfully unlocked another mod.

Upon hearing that System Prompt, Fang Mo finally let out a sigh of relief.

Compared to that inexplicable tech mod, he could at least figure out this Tinkers' Construct expansion. After all, the Tinkers' Construct Smeltery had already explained everything clearly.

As long as there was a detailed guide, even if Fang Mo was not particularly interested in crafting, he could still keep playing.

After Fang Mo unlocked the Tinkers' Construct Expansion mod, he had basically finished touring the treasury. There was no helping it; the place was not actually that large.

But just as Fang Mo was about to leave, he suddenly remembered something.

Fang Mo subconsciously glanced at the ground beneath his feet, recalling the scene in Thor 3 where Hela smashed through the floor. "There seems to be something down there too, right?"

At that thought, Fang Mo gave a mental command, and Steve pulled out a pickaxe and began digging.

Soon, a one-meter-square opening had been dug out. Fang Mo immediately jumped inside.

It had to be said that this underground space was far larger than the treasury above. He had no idea whether Odin or Hela had built it, but it felt more like a tomb.

With the central plaza as its center, the remains of countless Asgardian warriors had been quietly placed here, as though waiting for the day they could be revived. On a massive stone coffin not far away lay a giant wolf standing two stories tall. Its eye sockets were hollow, and it was obviously dead beyond doubt.

Fang Mo immediately noticed the giant wolf.

That was clearly Fenrir from Norse mythology.

So he immediately walked over to Fenrir and began feeling all over its body, trying to trigger a new mod.

Although Fenrir looked rather frightening, it was still a doggo, so it actually felt surprisingly nice to pet. Unfortunately, Fang Mo was disappointed to find that Fenrir did not seem to contain any new mods.

So Fang Mo stubbornly walked over to the corpses of those Asgardian soldiers.

Yet even after feeling up dried corpses for half the day, he still got nothing.

But just as Fang Mo was about to give up, he accidentally touched one of the soldiers' weapons. The System Prompt immediately rang out the next second.
