Once the mental discomfort had eased somewhat, Natsuki Subaru pulled himself together and hurried toward Roswaal's mansion.

After all, in the previous loop, the true culprit behind Emilia's death had been the Witch Cult—or, more precisely, the Archbishop of Sloth... Petelgeuse Romanee-Conti.

As he raced toward Roswaal's mansion, Natsuki Subaru could not help feeling worried. Still, considering the outside help he had brought in, they should be able to hold out for a while at least... provided Roswaal had not started causing trouble again. Otherwise, things would really be hard to say.

That created a problem.

Putting aside the possibility of betrayal, Shoggoth's body was now like a small mountain. Just giving it one command had nearly drained all his Mental Power.
