Dinner was hot pot.
After they finished eating, Sylvie returned to the bedroom on the third floor next door, Ron went back to the study, while Yuna and Nora washed the dishes in the kitchen.
"Do you usually eat hot pot at the shop? Does no one cook?" Yuna handed Nora a plate that had been rinsed once, asking curiously.
"No, hot pot is only an occasional thing. Maybe we've been having it more often lately because the weather's gotten cold?" Nora answered without thinking much of it. "As for cooking, the manager does it all, and it tastes really good."
"...I see." Yuna nodded, her brows knitting slightly.
What was this nonsense about the dignified Seventh Prince cooking for himself?
Yuna's thoughts turned, and she came up with a brilliant idea.
So she said casually, "His Highness Ron seems pretty busy lately, doesn't he? That must be why he hasn't had time to cook."
Prompted by that, Nora realized it did seem to be the case.
At the dinner table, she had heard the manager mention that the matter of the Elemental Cards seemed to have reached a critical moment.
"If only someone could help share His Highness Ron's burden. After all, cooking isn't really suited to His Highness Ron's status," Yuna continued, watching Nora's expression as she spoke.
Nora's dishwashing gradually slowed. Lowering her head, she seemed a little dejected. "But... I don't know how to cook..."
"You can learn if you don't know how." Yuna said it offhandedly. "I was planning to ask His Highness Ron whether I could take some time to learn cooking, but I'm afraid he'll scold me..."
"Huh?" Nora froze for a moment. After thinking for a while, she said, "How about I ask instead... You only just got here, Yuna, and besides..."
