After returning to the Flower Shop for dinner, Ron headed through the storeroom to the Imperial Capital and found Gil.
After assigning the upcoming promotional plans to Gil, Ron looked at him expectantly.
Because he knew that Gil, a commercial genius, would definitely refine his plan—and might even draw inferences from one instance to come up with even more powerful promotional strategies.
"Your Highness Ron," Gil said, "I have a small, not-yet-mature suggestion."
Ron gave a slight nod, encouraging him to continue.
"When Miss Nora was discussing matters with us earlier, she mentioned the concept of 'special edition Elemental Cards.' You proposed that yourself, didn't you?"
"Yes, I did. Is there a problem?" Ron nodded, though the scene of his first meeting with Gil suddenly surfaced in his mind.
Back then, neither of them had known the other. Behind the classroom where Ilya was teaching, they had struck a deal over an "Ilya Special Edition Illustration Book."
Even now, he remembered it vividly.
Naturally, Gil had no idea what Ron was thinking and continued, "I was wondering whether we could release a special edition Elemental Card when the Magic Battle Hall opens?"
"There's no need to remake an entire deck. We could simply pick one of the more popular cards and replace its artwork with a different art style."
"This card would function exactly like the original, but its artwork would be more refined and beautiful, making it suitable for collection."
"On opening day, we could sell it for a limited time and hold a prize draw. Any guest who visits the Magic Battle Hall would have a chance to receive one."
Ron was left a little dazed. Isn't that just a skin?
When he had mentioned special edition Elemental Cards before, he had not put much thought into it.
