So his words were not a sincere compliment. Otherwise, terms such as "gifted beyond measure" or "peerless aptitude" would have been more appropriate.
Feng Jun ignored the teasing in his tone and asked solemnly, "Fellow Daoist Baili, did you come up with this proposal on the spur of the moment, or does your sect unanimously support it?"
There was a deeper reason behind his question. If the Yin Sha Sect intended to monopolize the communications system, had they considered how the other forces would feel about it?
Baili merely laughed. "Does that make much difference? Even if I came up with it on the spot, once I reported it to the sect, the sect would certainly support it... You should have some sense of that already, so there is no need to worry."
What he meant was that Dragon Wanderer had clearly secured this deal, but... he had people backing him.
