"Something's wrong. Could the awakening have failed?" Xiao Yan studied the Pitch-black Ring on the table, rubbing his chin in puzzlement.
He had just refined the Seven-Colored Green Spirit Saliva into liquid and guided it into the Pitch-black Ring where Old Yao slept. The ring had cooperatively absorbed every last drop.
