Since the Zheer Continent itself lay south of the equator, there were many possible locations for selecting a rocket launch site.
The Dragon Clan Rune Array would eliminate all non-human-caused disasters that might interfere with the rocket base. Soul Tools would, in theory, ensure the safety of every astronaut selected from the air force. (If a rocket exploded, the blast would be so powerful that anyone below Limit Douluo would die or be left grievously injured.)
After round upon round of screening, an Elf born into an ordinary working-class family was chosen. He would become the first life-form from the Zheer Continent—and indeed, from all of Douluo Planet—to enter space.
