Hodan left and found a deserted place. He once again sank deep underground and arrived at the edge of the Spatial Turbulence. Other than during battle, hardly anyone ever came to such a place. It was also the most suitable place for Hodan to examine the Crown of Wutie.
With a flip of his hand, the Crown of Wutie appeared in Hodan's palm. It was an apparently ordinary yet beautiful crown, except it had long since lost its luster. The grooves that had once held gemstones were now completely empty; clearly, the gems were gone, leaving the crown dim and lackluster.
If this ruined crown had been lying on the ground, Hodan estimated that he would not have given it a second glance. But he knew that this was a Supreme God token and could not be judged by ordinary standards.
Hodan dripped a drop of blood onto the crown. The drop did not merge into it, instead sliding down its surface.
"Sure enough, there's no way to bind it as my master!" Hodan was not disappointed, because the Crown of Wutie was merely a token, not an artifact or anything of that sort that could be bound to an owner.
As Hodan held the Crown of Wutie in his hand, a strange energy flowed directly into his body. This energy was extremely special, nourishing Hodan's body like a gentle spring rain.
Hodan flicked his right hand and sliced a wound across his left hand. Instantly, a great amount of energy gathered around the wound, which healed at an astonishing speed and vanished.
In an instant, the wound on Hodan's hand had disappeared without leaving behind the slightest trace.
"The healing effect is quite good!" Hodan's eyes lit up.
The stronger one's body was, the harder injuries were to heal.
