Dark clouds poured from his sleeves and immediately began gathering in the sky. As Lord Torifu continued his technique, the dark clouds accumulated more and more, growing thicker and thicker.
They had already completely blotted out the sunlight.
"Tsuchikage, you should hurry back too. Otherwise, it'll be too late in a moment."
Ōnoki felt a chill as he looked at the black clouds overhead, so after bidding Lord Torifu farewell, he immediately returned to the Tsuchikage's office.
Lord Torifu, however, still showed no sign of stopping.
The area covered by the dark clouds grew larger and larger, until it almost blanketed several li around Iwagakure.
And the cloud layer was extremely thick. If they waited for it to expend itself, Iwagakure would probably be flooded by rainwater.
But there was no helping it. Ōnoki had also planted many trees throughout the village, and they all needed heavy rain to nourish them.
In that case, Lord Torifu could only use the Cloud Sphere to block some of it, so that the whole of Iwagakure would not be washed away.
As Lord Torifu stopped releasing the dark clouds, the first raindrop fell from the sky. After that, the dark clouds could no longer hold on, and a torrential downpour instantly descended upon this dry region of the Land of Earth.
The earth let out sizzling sounds, greedily absorbing the hard-won moisture.
The planted trees also began to gradually grow under the watering of the heavy rain.
The situation inside Iwagakure was somewhat better. Some of the heavy rain was absorbed by the Cloud Sphere, and the remaining rainwater was not enough to damage the houses in the village, but it was enough for the plants to grow.
Lord Torifu stood between heaven and earth, and the falling rain could not touch him
