Scalding crimson filled almost his entire field of vision. Only then did a belated premonition of danger surface in his mind.
"Shit!" Cyril cursed under his breath. The ground beneath his feet suddenly split open, and crimson magma erupted.

Immediately afterward, an enormous foot, seemingly belonging to a giant, strode through the fog and stamped down on that spot, splashing crimson lava everywhere.
Hurricanes, thunderstorms, hail, and all manner of extreme weather followed one after another, dispersing a considerable amount of the fog that had lingered around him.
With most of the fog dispersed, Cyril finally saw the owner of that enormous foot.

Its flesh was gone, leaving only an iron-black metal skeleton and fiercely burning purple flames filling the gaps between its bones.
Together, they formed what appeared to be a complete body, yet it was riddled with gaps, from which lightning, hail, fog, and other things born of illusory symbols constantly erupted.
Copious amounts of blood-tinged, magma-like pus continually slid from the cracks in the giant's body, blossoming into blackened purple flames and various weather phenomena in midair and on the ground.
