Koby and Helmeppo dragged Wu Biao all the way to the headquarters building and straight up to the Fleet Admiral's office on the top floor. The guards did not stop him when they saw him. Normally, only officers of rear admiral rank or above could come and go freely in a place like the Fleet Admiral's office.
But Wu Biao was absolutely an exception. Or rather, this guy was practically a regular visitor. Every few days, he would be summoned here for a scolding. Basically, whenever this colonel entered the Fleet Admiral's office, Sengoku's roar would soon follow.
