Bang!
Thud, thud!
Duang!
"Miss Irin, I think we could try a gentler repair meth—"
"Stop whining!"
Two figures had secretly slipped into the Haisha Bar, which had been sealed off by the Knights Order. They were Irin and Tamik. The moment the girl saw the traces of a second battle inside the bar, she knew her guess had been right.
Unfortunately, judging from the scene—
Mechanical wreckage violently dismantled into scrap metal littered the ground, each one having met an incomparably miserable "death." The other supreme existence, Zero, the legendary leader of the Machine Alliance, seemed to have lost. Whether it was because she had been fighting on unfamiliar ground or because she had been utterly defeated by the nun was unknown.
Still, Irin was fortunate enough to find one mechanical combat maid whose body was relatively "intact" compared to the others.
With Tamik's help, they carried the maid's body to the back of the bar, into what had once been Brian's private workshop.
The opening scene was Irin wearing a welding mask, a hammer in her left hand and an electric drill in her right, hammering and tinkering with the broken maid body on the workbench amid sparks and flashes of electricity.
Before Irin lost her father, her family had been fairly well-off in Black Cave. She had received an excellent education, especially in invention and creation—as could be seen from the long row of certificates that had once hung on the wall.
Bzzzzzz.
Boom!
The loud blast startled Tamik beside her. He nearly thought something had exploded, but Irin at the workbench merely set down her tools. Though sweat dampened the tip of her nose, the girl wore the flushed, exhilarated expression of someone after reaching a climax, as if she still wanted more.
"Beep, beep, beep.
