After reading it, the Captain-General rolled up the blueprint and tucked it away into his Card for safekeeping before looking at Fox with a grave expression.

His actions left the surrounding Captains with question marks hovering over their heads.

Because only the Captain-General and Fox had seen the blueprint, they knew nothing more than that it was a thick stack of paper; they had no idea what Fox had handed over.
