A Letter of Thanks

A new week has arrived. Here, I want to thank the 2,346 readers who have favorited this book. Last week, with the support of your rewards and your daily recommendation votes, the book stayed in the top three of the Xianxia category's New Book Ranking for a whole week, and even secured the first place in the New Book Recommendation.

While this achievement is truly insignificant compared to those Big Shots or popular books, it's something I, the author, am very satisfied with.

Especially since, by getting the first place in the New Book Recommendation, the book has successfully advanced to receive a strong recommendation on the PC Web End of Qidian Chinese Network and a Featured Recommendation in the Xianxia category of the Qidian Reading App next week.

If, if I can get first place again this time, the book can hope for a Sanjiang Recommendation and a Homepage Strong Recommendation on Qidian.

I dream about those two recommendations!

Perhaps many of you don't know, but in many Qidian author groups, only after a book receives a Sanjiang Strong Recommendation does the author qualify to join the group and dare to speak with the Big Shots (trembling with fear).

I don't have many ambitions; I just want to be able to tell my family when they ask about my writing progress, "Ah, it's going okay, I make a few thousand yuan each month! And thousands of people read my book every day!"

So far, this book has the potential to achieve that, which is why I'm truly grateful for all your support, and for supporting a slow-burn book like this.

When I started this book, the editor even said it was too slow-burn and to be prepared for it to flop, but I still persisted in writing it this way. Now it seems I made the right choice in persisting…

I will continue to persist in the future. My first small goal is to write two million characters…
