As An Jing's Self in the Mirror condensed again and again, only to shatter amid repeated clashes between his cultivation techniques, he gradually grasped a few of the finer points and learned to harmonize the conflict between the Supreme Heavenly Human True Interpretation and the Tai-bai Haoling Divine Prohibition.
While the Tai-bai Haoling Divine Prohibition strengthened his body and Divine Soul, it also allowed the Heavenly Human True Interpretation to continually harmonize the coordination between his flesh and the world. The difficulty was like dancing the most nimble steps while wearing a suit of full armor, without letting a single movement or muscle fiber contract incorrectly—and with only one chance from beginning to end. A mistake would leave him severely weakened at best; at worst, he would explode apart.
Even An Jing couldn't accomplish such a task.
Fortunately, he had Self in the Mirror. Fortunately, he had Holding the Heavenly Time.
He studied his failed attempts through Self in the Mirror to accumulate experience, then accelerated his thoughts through Holding the Heavenly Time to maximize the precision of his control. After spending an entire day and night on it, An Jing finally resolved the first and most basic conflict between his cultivation techniques.
