Unfortunately, the patterns on the golden pillars could be used to determine when they had been painted based on their color.
And the golden pillar Lin Zhiluo had found was clearly not new.

After leaving that pillar, Lin Zhiluo began wandering throughout the ruins.

It seemed these were pillars left behind when Fuxi, Chiyou, and the others had communicated with that god within the Zombie Continent.

Soon, one golden pillar after another bearing recorded information was uncovered by him.
Much of it was information Fuxi and Chiyou had previously emphasized to him, while some was less important and had therefore not been mentioned.
There were even some shattered golden pillars.
Lin Zhiluo knew that aside from those containing information that was too important or private, the rest had been selectively used by that god to hide useful items, such as records of the zombie civilization's language and distribution of power.
