"What's going on?" Mu Qing looked at An Shaomu and Zhang Zhen.
He knew that the two had previously left the Chaos Sea for the Moon Domain, partly to train and partly to investigate a task assigned by the Royal Court's higher-ups: finding information on the Blood Demon Ancient Tree's strongholds.
Yet they had brought back another piece of news.
"We don't know the specifics, but one thing is certain. A rumor has recently begun spreading through the Five Domains—that you left the Black Domain and founded your own faction, called the Chaos Sea."
"Most importantly, that rumor included the Chaos Sea's location. The coordinates match where we are exactly!"
Zhang Zhen said in a grave voice.
An Shaomu's expression was solemn. "Outsiders only know that we come and go from the Endless Star Sea. There's no way they could know the Chaos Sea's precise location."
"The only explanation is that someone in the stronghold told others where it was!" Mu Qing's face darkened.
This was no different from betrayal!
He did not know who had done it. Though this would not have much of an impact on them, no one could guarantee what that person might do next.
"Who could it be?" Mu Qing frowned deeply. Through the connection between the Golden Tree and the Chaos Sea, he could tell clearly that no one had made any unusual moves while they were in the Golden Sacred Land.
However, during that time, quite a few Royal Court members had left aboard the Chaos Ship. After all, they had come here with missions, and every so often they needed to go out and investigate intelligence regarding the Origin Realm.
