The Dark Moon Sect's intelligence was quite comprehensive. The Silver Dragon Clan member who was a Seven-Tribulation Dominator was named Yin Cheng, and he was the master of this Dragon City.
This Dragon City was located toward the outer reaches of the Dragon Domain, but being able to become the lord of a city still meant holding quite a high status within the Dragon Domain.
The Dragon Domain was different from the Undead Domain. Here, the capable ruled. Even a Drake clan with thin bloodlines could hold a high status equal to that of dragons with noble blood, so long as they possessed sufficient strength.
Mu Qing disguised himself as a half-dragon and entered the Dragon City without obstruction. No one noticed anything amiss about him.
His target was naturally the Silver Dragon Clan member who had spread the news of the Chaos Sea. The other party was merely a Seven-Tribulation Dominator, and Mu Qing was fully confident that he could take him down.
