With it, Hiroki could practically turn himself into someone as strange-looking as Kakuzu whenever he wanted. But unless it was necessary, he certainly wouldn't try it.
He didn't want to turn into a monster just like that.
But the code inside was very valuable. For example, the remote-control protocol for Earth Grudge Fear. Hiroki could copy it and use it to remotely control someone's jutsu, or remotely control his Shadow Clones so they could communicate with him.
Or he could implant the protocol in animals, turning them into ninja beasts under his control to pass along messages!
Those were all uses Hiroki could imagine for now!
Next was the Black Market Exchange address book!
Hiroki skimmed through it. There were as many as forty or fifty addresses across the Land of Fire alone! It was astonishing. Nearly every major city in the Shinobi World had a corresponding Black Market Exchange, and Hiroki had no idea how Kakuzu had managed to find them all!
The book even listed the managers and agents at each exchange, along with their personalities and abilities!
That was undoubtedly a valuable asset, too.
