Planet 119.
At dawn, a massive object that blotted out the sky rose from beyond the horizon. Black patterns slashed diagonally across half the heavens, and the planet was bathed in light once more.
[Light in the Night] narrowed his eyes and looked up at the sky.
"See anything?"
[Light in the Night] snapped out of it and pursed his lips. "Nothing!"
In front of him, three furtive figures were sticking their butts up as they worked at the cave entrance.
"Boss, your skill is disgusting. It's all sticky and stringy!"
As he moved stones, [Wolf in Water] looked at [Bro Don't] with disgust. "So gross! You're actually that kind of person! Boss, I misjudged you!"
As a Life Weaver, although [Bro Don't] was only LV.2, he had already learned to secrete high-strength Bio-Adhesive. Right now, he was putting his back into spraying gelatinous Bio-Gel into the cracks between the stones.
"Quit yelling! This is tactical reinforcement! If you've got the guts, don't let me heal you next time!"
[Bro Don't] wiped away his sweat. "Our only possessions, the [Biological Beacon], are all inside. Each one costs three thousand Bio-Energy. If we go out to grind monsters and someone steals our home, we won't even have a place to cry about it."
After half an hour of construction work, the four finally sealed the cave entrance until only a dog-hole-sized passage remained. They even shamelessly planted thorny purple bushes all around it as camouflage.
"Perfect."
Their base was a carefully chosen premium cave at the foot of a mountain. It was convenient to get in and out, well-ventilated, and very nice.
Lao Er, [Mind Storm], contentedly patted the dirt off his hands. "Even a dog wouldn't be able to find the entrance."
"Alright, move out! Today's goal is for everyone
