To explain it in terms of Swallowed Star, Hen Ren had crossed the threshold of the Law of Water Origin!

After all, Hen Ren hadn't learned any Law of Water secret techniques, and she wasn't naturally favored by the Law of Water Origin, either. She had relied entirely on her own insight to force her way forward. To sense it with a sixth-level domain was already incredible luck.

Now that she'd crossed the threshold of the Law of Water Origin, Hen Ren's Law of Water secret techniques would naturally be more powerful.
Learning or creating a secret technique for the Law of Water would be the most beneficial course for her.
She could use the secret technique to continue exploring and studying the Law of Water Origin in greater depth.
"If I could get to the universe, maybe I could obtain a secret technique for the Law of Water through other channels..."

At only the Planetary Level, even if she could get to the universe, there wasn't much she could do.

Why "usually"?
Because an Intermediate War General using a Force Amplitude of two sounded impressive—unless the Advanced General-Level opponent had a Force Amplitude of their own...
But monsters didn't know how to use Force Amplitude. Once human warriors learned it, they could challenge opponents above their level.
"Explain it one more time. I want to think it over."
After trying for quite a while without finding the knack, Xu Xin looked at Xu Ai again.
Xu Ai nodded.
"Sure, I'll go over it again. I'll keep punching with a Force Amplitude of two, so you can watch me."
Was a Force Amplitude of two difficult? For a beginner, it was. Very difficult!

Maybe Xu Xin was better at using Force Amplitude with other parts of her body. She might see Xu Ai do it and figure it out. Either way, she first needed to get the hang of it. Who cared which part she started with!?
After some time, Xu Xin still hadn't learned it, so Xu Ai decided to set it aside for now and teach her movement techniques instead.
Movement techniques were extremely important. At the same level, Earthlings were physically weaker than monsters, especially in terms of defense. If a monster hit them with a single swipe, they'd be injured—and quite possibly seriously.
Earthlings countered this with movement techniques.
On Earth, movement techniques were divided into four levels: Basic, Micro, Perfect, and Artistic Conception.
Basic was the simplest. Anyone who could pass the Quasi-Martial Artist neural response test was considered to have met the standard for Basic Movement Technique!

She briefly explained the principles of Micro Level Movement Technique, then moved on to... practice!

"Could you stop hitting me in the chest?"

"Big Sister, let me rub some medicinal liquor on you! You'll heal faster!"
That was Xu Ai's real goal!
Xu Xin glared at Xu Ai. Her current predicament was all her fault.
"Forget it. I'll do it myself."
Taking the medicinal liquor from Xu Ai, Xu Xin left the Martial Arts Hall.
Xu Ai watched Xu Xin leave, unable to hide her disappointment.
