Xu Ai looked with satisfaction at a massive, ancient-looking sword. A baleful aura, bloodlust, and demonic energy radiated from its blade, its ferocious might overwhelming.
This was the form the Demon Sword Long Kui was meant to have. Long Kui from Chinese Paladin 3 was too innocent and kind, which had limited the Demon Sword's power to some extent.
After choosing the Demon Sword Long Kui, Xu Ai gained another viewpoint.
"What a variable..."
'ROAR!!!'
"Don't come any closer!!!"
What was going on?
Long Kui inexplicably "opened" her eyes and looked around.
She saw a beautiful woman with long, curly red hair and a curvy figure. She held a massive sword in her hands, its blade pointed at a... Zombie not far away?
Oh, and by the way, that massive sword was her—the Demon Sword Long Kui!
The Zombie had clearly been badly injured. Judging by the toppled shelf nearby, it had probably knocked it over by accident while turning into a Zombie, crushing itself beneath it. Even its legs were broken.
The Zombie hadn't noticed the beautiful woman at first, but her scream immediately drew its attention.
'ROAR!!!'
It let out a hoarse growl, then stumbled toward the woman.
"I'm stumbling and staggering~ toward~ you?"
A strange melody rang through Long Kui's mind, making the Zombie seem comical.
But the woman was in no mood for a laugh. Terrified, she wildly swung the massive sword in her hands.
"I don't get dizzy, but could you not do that, beautiful lady?"
As the woman swung her around, the Demon Sword Long Kui released a streak of Sword Qi, slicing the Zombie in front of her in two.
But the woman had been so frightened that she'd shut her eyes. She hadn't seen the Zombie at all
