After becoming a Universe Master, he adopted the title City Lord of Chaos to reflect his commitment to guarding Chaos City, which he considers the origin of the Human Race in the universe. He oversees the city as a foundational human cultivation site while leading the Virtual Universe Company lineage alongside figures such as the Lord of Darkness and Lord of Youhou. 359 360

Within Chaos City, he personally screens every incoming batch of core geniuses below the Immortal level. His examination detects hidden backgrounds, alien spies, and soul-controlled servants without the subjects noticing; Immortals cannot be screened the same way and are monitored on their first visit instead. 54
