In the lonely universe, the God Realm rested like a multicolored glass sphere. Unlike the nebulae, star clusters, and galaxies that were always in motion, the God Realm defied the truth of eternal motion. It seemed both noble and solitary, like an emperor seated upon his throne.
The God Realm's first year.
A little over six hundred years had passed since the Creation God founded the God Realm and, after his demise, gave rise to the five supreme gods: Destruction, Life, Goodness, Evil, and Asura. From the blank slate of its beginnings, the God Realm had now undergone a complete transformation.
After the initial chaos, the three great enforcers of the God Realm—led by Asura, Destruction, and Life—had established the God Realm Committee.
The God Realm Committee was responsible for judging the gods, governing the God Realm, and upholding its laws.
Clearly, whether among gods or humans, order was bound to emerge wherever people lived together.
At the center of the God Realm, a magnificent palace shimmered with a faint golden radiance beneath the realm's glow. It stood at the highest point in the entire God Realm, and was where everything in the realm was controlled.
Inside the palace's main hall, the walls formed an octagon. None of them bore decorations, yet countless scenes flickered and changed across them. Each screen represented a world, a scene on a different mortal planet. This was where the God Realm Committee monitored the planets throughout this region of the starry sky.
A round table stood in the center of the hall. No one knew what material its surface was made from. Looking closely, one could see drifting clouds and mist, as if gazing into an endless abyss.
Five seats stood side by side in front of the round table, facing the palace entrance.
