It was Ye Ye's last night on Sea God Island. That night, he and Bo Saixi did nothing but hold each other and sleep.

Ye Ye went into a restaurant, found a seat, and ordered something to eat. He no longer needed much food, since ordinary meals couldn't keep up with his body's needs.
At this point, eating ordinary food was less useful than soaking for a while in a nuclear wastewater pool.
Ye Ye still ate out of habit.
As he ate, he overheard a few men at a nearby table chatting.
Man One: "Hey! Have you heard? There's a ship going after a Hundred-Thousand-Year Soul Beast!"
Man Two: "I heard too. They're going after that Godzilla, and he's resting on this very island right now!"
Man Three: "Seriously? The Godzilla everyone's been talking about lately—the one who defeated the Deep Sea Demonic Whale King and is over a hundred meters long?"
