"Ji Han!" a clear voice rang out, drawing a wave of curious looks. A handsome, slender boy in a school uniform ran out of the crowd and came to the girl in the white dress, smiling.
"You just got out? Let's head back together."
Fang Feipeng's father was a veteran warrior who lived in Mingyue Residential Quarter in Yangzhou City and now worked at the Yangzhou Hall. Fang Feipeng lived fairly close to Ji Han's family, and since they were in the same grade, they often ran into each other on their way to and from school. So Fang Feipeng had gradually started arranging these "chance encounters" with Ji Han, and by now he could greet her quite familiarly.
Ji Han wore a polite but distant smile. She merely nodded and said nothing, walking on by herself.
She could let Fang Feipeng tag along. There weren't many days left at school anyway, and after the college entrance exams, they probably wouldn't see each other again. Since his father also lived in Mingyue Residential Quarter and got along well with her parents, Ji Han couldn't be bothered to say anything.
"Ji Han, which school are you planning to apply to?" Fang Feipeng moved a little closer and smiled.
"Jiangnan University," Ji Han replied calmly.
"Oh. I'm actually hoping to get into Jiangnan First Military Academy. I'm already an Advanced Martial Arts Student at the martial arts hall, and I'd have better prospects if I went there." Fang Feipeng smiled with a hint of self-satisfaction. "Jiangnan University and the First Military Academy are pretty close, too. Maybe we'll have time to meet and chat."
Ji Han offered no comment.
Was being an Advanced Martial Arts Student that impressive?
