The Myriad Dharma Sect was located in Yizhou, in the western part of the eastern lands of the Divine Province. It was originally the seat of the Arithmetic Sect, one of the Myriad Dharma Sect's predecessors. Later, through intermarriage, mergers, conquest, and all manner of methods, this sect gradually merged with other sects of similar cultivation traditions, nearly recreating the doctrines of the medieval Mathematicians.
Of course, among those sects that were merged, there were some that could not accept it. Back then, they rebelled against the Myriad Dharma Sect, which still practiced the Ancient Method at the time, and established their own schools. Two or three of those branches even survived into this era—until Wang Qi completely wiped them out on Linghuang Island not long ago.
After Tianze Shenjun rebelled against the Holy Infant Sect, the Myriad Dharma Sect, which had originally been unwilling to submit to the Holy Emperor, extended an olive branch to Spirit Beast Mountain, which had then been no more than a small sect. This became the original "territory" of the modern cultivation Immortal Dao.
Before Lord of Yuanli burst onto the scene, he had also sought the Dao at the Myriad Dharma Sect. The Logic of the Great Dao had likewise been completed by borrowing the Myriad Dharma Sect's methods.
