Sorry, Another Leave Request

This month really had been a month of one disaster after another...

How should I put it... Yesterday, I probably went to sleep too early [I don't even believe that myself]. In the middle of the night, I didn't sleep soundly, kicked off the blanket, and my stomach got chilled. The result was diarrhea. Right now, I was vomiting and having diarrhea at both ends; when I went to the bathroom, it felt like my butt was leaking water, and even a burp smelled like shit... And I hadn't eaten anything all day.

Right now, I really didn't have the energy to write anything...
