Within the framework of the Nascent Soul Method, below a given realm, the mana an individual could possess was proportional to their own volume, though the gap still gradually narrowed.
Thus, the almost absurd disparities between individual cosmic lifeforms would gradually be erased.
Ants could stand shoulder to shoulder with divine dragons, and Fierce Beasts could dance alongside Heavenly Gate Demon Spirits.
The Nascent Soul Method could likewise bring about a unification of the senses. Innate senses would be strengthened to varying degrees, while senses one lacked from birth could be filled in by spiritual awareness.
This unification of "perception" and "concepts" also included one's "sense of time."
Within the framework of the Nascent Soul Method, below a given realm, the speed at which mana circulated was relatively fixed, differing by at most a few dozen times.
The cultivation process of the Nascent Soul Method was, in a sense, a process of using acquired organs of thought to replace innate ones. For creatures with brains, the brain's duties would gradually be replaced by the soul. Creatures without innate organs of thought would gain acquired ones.
The differences born of evolution would gradually be made up for.
And using these acquired organs of thought to think meant that one's thoughts would be limited by those acquired organs.
Everyone's speed of thought would become the same.
And their subjective sense of time would tend toward uniformity.
Everything would be unified. All immortals would become part of a single civilization.
Within this civilization, there was no innate distinction between high and low, noble and base. All differences were accumulated after birth. Everyone shared unified concepts and perceptions, yet retained the customs of the past.
Most importantly, everyone's lives would be complete—they would all be Immortals.
