At first, he had suspected that this Gale Layer might possess some power that automatically destroyed invading enemies. That might explain why those "guards" had not strengthened their defenses around the great rift.
But this gale aura was as gentle as a lump of jelly, completely devoid of lethality.
Jelly choking someone's windpipe and suffocating them to death did not prove that jelly possessed the function of killing people.
Who would entrust their safety to a lump of jelly?
