"Don't thank me. This is just a transaction."
"As long as you bring me what I want, that's enough."
Nara Dan's expression didn't change. It was no more than a small favor to him.
Besides, in his current condition, he really shouldn't be moving around too much. Wandering through this unknown world was a risky proposition.
With Kurapika's help as a local, things would naturally be much easier.
Nara Dan planned to recuperate here for a while. Once his injuries had healed, he would explore this strange Hunter World.
Who would have thought that Kurapika would solemnly shake his head at those words?
"Although I've never been outside the forest,"
"I know that treating a disabled person costs far more than ordinary food and books."
"I'll make up the rest of the payment later!"
"I promise!"
Nara Dan glanced at Kurapika in surprise, then nodded to himself.
I can only say, as expected of one of the main cast.
He's got a pretty strong will.
"Then I'll look forward to it."
Nara Dan smiled, then continued,
"But the most important thing right now..."
"You should find me some clothes to wear first."
All of Nara Dan's clothes had been shredded in the space-time vortex, along with many ninja tools and Sealing Scrolls.
It was fair to say that Nara Dan had arrived in this world completely naked.
"Ah?!"
Only then did Kurapika realize that the man had been naked this whole time.
Seeing the man's muscular build, like that of an ancient Greek statue, Kurapika's face turned red.
"I still don't know what to call you, sir."
Kurapika composed himself and asked Nara Dan,
"Dan."
Nara Dan didn't give his surname. The naming order in this world was different from the one he came from; surnames came after given names
