"Ababa."
At an unknown Hunter Association outpost,
an old man with his hair tied into braids sat cross-legged, watching surveillance footage playing not far away.
In the color footage, a gigantic palm of compressed air had nearly split a building in half, along with two tiny figures.
Another clip showed the towering Nara Dan leaping straight up from the building's ruins, soaring several kilometers into the air.
"Young people these days are truly frightening."
Netero froze the footage, revealing Nara Dan's face.
"Biz."
"Have we gotten the results of this guy's background check?"
As a neutral force that protected human society, the Hunter Association naturally paid close attention to such a terrifying battle taking place in a major city.
And Nara Dan, the central figure in it, was naturally at the top of their list.
"This guy seems to be called Dan Nara."
Beanman held a file and spoke up.
"But strangely, there was no information about his background or whereabouts before this."
"All we know is that he first appeared a little over a month ago, in the Luxen area where the Kurta Clan lived in seclusion..."
"Later, he clashed with the Phantom Troupe, a B-rank band of thieves."
"Only Chrollo, the troupe leader, made it back alive."
"After that, he showed up at Heavens Arena."
Beanman turned the file over.
"He registered his name at Heavens Arena, so it may not be accurate."
"And the Zoldycks who clashed with him in the city were hired by Chrollo, the Phantom Troupe leader who escaped."
"They were hired to kill him."
Netero rested his arms behind his head, staring intently at the seven-meter-tall Nara Dan on the screen.
"So he could claim self-defense, at least?"
Netero smiled with interest. He didn't care about these people fighting or about the deaths
