Reiju licked her slightly chapped lips and couldn't help asking Ichiji beside her,
"Five hours, I think."
Ichiji had also suffered serious injuries, but he, along with his brothers Red, Green, and Blue, had no mind to pay attention to them.
They were all focused on the battle between Meru and the dragon in the distance.
In their eyes, Meru had become a tiny black speck in the sky, unleashing successive sonic booms as she fiercely fought the enormous Wind Dragon.
When two powerful fighters capable of splitting mountains and shattering rocks with a single move clashed, their shock waves left the battlefield in ruins. By now, there wasn't a single intact place left in the entire island city.
The earth had split apart, rivers had run dry, and even the sky had been torn open by their battle.
And this fierce fight had already continued for a full five hours without a break.
"Those two..."
"They really are monsters."
Ichiji clenched his teeth, gazing in fear at the figures repeatedly crossing paths in midair. He couldn't help feeling shocked.
Even as a superhuman Android, Ichiji could hardly imagine a battle on this scale, like a natural disaster. Both fighters' stamina seemed as deep as the ocean.
Unfathomable.
"They're not going to keep this up for days and nights, are they?"
Reiju's expression shifted slightly as she asked uncertainly.
She had no real understanding of the top fighters in the New World, and didn't know just how absurdly much stamina the strong in this world possessed.
But from the way Meru and the dragon fought, neither showed any sign of stopping. It seemed this high-intensity battle could continue for at least several more hours.
And that was exactly what happened.
