Sabaody Archipelago,
Sarutobi Hiruzen and Nico Robin admired Sabaody's unique scenery,
Giant trees formed the islands, and bubbles served as transportation, carrying people around.
There were also strange races, such as the Longarm Tribe and the Longneck Tribe.
"I never thought that in my lifetime, I'd be able to stroll around here in broad daylight..."
Nico Robin sighed.
With her sensitive status as the Child of the Devil, it was practically impossible for her to swagger around Sabaody Archipelago.
After all, it was extremely close to Marine Headquarters and the World Government. An Admiral could make the round trip in just fifteen minutes.
"Then you should understand that freedom isn't something anyone grants you."
Sarutobi Hiruzen also looked around at Sabaody's scenery with interest.
"It's something you fight for!"
Sabaody truly lived up to its reputation as the most prosperous island. Commercial and industrial facilities sprang up everywhere, and their designs were all wonderfully unusual and luxurious.
The streets were often packed with people.
"But beneath all that prosperity..."

Sarutobi Hiruzen looked toward a cluster of shops.
Human auctions, human trafficking, slave inquiries.
All were signs of the sins the World Government tolerated.
In truth, the World Government's greatest mistake wasn't keeping pigs like the Celestial Dragons around. It was that they didn't care in the slightest about the interests of the lower classes, leaving the people at the bottom in uproar.
The Heavenly Tribute squeezed the poor until they could no longer survive. Yet they were powerless to fight the World Government, so they could only become Pirates and go on exploiting others.
And so the cycle continued.
