Generally speaking, Mountain Top Ruins had an average amount of loot. It wasn't especially rich, but there was still a decent amount.

This match might have been lucky, though, because Mountain Top Ruins had a reasonable amount of loot.

Chen Zhao and Little Lee both found full sets of level-three gear and plenty of medical supplies.

Their weapons were a little lacking, though. Little Lee got an M416 with no attachments and an SKS Marksman Rifle, while Chen Zhao carried an S686 and an M16A4.

Chen Zhao hated the M16A4. It had only two firing modes: single shot, which fired one bullet each time you clicked the mouse, and burst fire, which fired three rounds in rapid succession with a single click.

In single-shot mode, its rate of fire was too slow, and it wasn't as powerful as a designated marksman rifle. In burst mode, it had too much recoil, making it hard to hit anyone. Back then, Chen Zhao had privately called it a glorified club, thinking it was unbearably bad.

But there were no other weapons around, so he had to make do with it for now. He switched it to single-shot mode and used it as a makeshift DMR.

Chen Zhao and Little Lee started down the mountain to look for another cluster of buildings.

As they approached a group of houses about halfway down the mountain, Chen Zhao suddenly spotted someone standing in the window of a small house!

Without hesitation, he raised his gun and fired!

Headshot!

He fired again!

Headshot!

[You knocked down Little Yingying with a headshot using the M16A4 assault rifle]

Little Lee was dumbfounded.

He hadn't even seen the enemy, yet Chen Zhao beside him had knocked them down with two shots to the head!

What was going on?

Chen Zhao
