Chen Zhao's hands trembled with excitement too. This was too thrilling! He never expected that camping in a bathroom would let him kill so many enemies! Loot crates were everywhere!
Excitement aside, though, he couldn't stay in this bathroom any longer. Three loot crates lying on the floor were far too conspicuous. Any enemies passing by would probably be tempted to come loot them. Just because he had luckily killed enemies a few times didn't mean he could stay lucky every time. His goal this round wasn't to trade shots and rack up kills—it was to successfully get Winner Winner Chicken Dinner. There was no need to clash head-on.
Chen Zhao peeked outside. There didn't seem to be anyone nearby, so he quickly crouched and ran out, putting distance between himself and that corpse-strewn bathroom.
The circle was shrinking.
The next circle lay between Ruins and P City. There weren't any major building areas, and aside from scattered trees and uneven terrain, it was practically completely exposed.
This kind of terrain was ideal for long-range sniper duels. In the past, whenever Chen Zhao encountered terrain like this, he would definitely run to the center of the circle, find some high ground, and scan in every direction. One enemy came, one enemy got sniped. Another came, another got sniped. It was exhilarating, overbearing, and utterly unreasonable.
But this round, he didn't have a sniper rifle—only a tiny P18C pistol...
Chen Zhao was practically about to cry. Why was his luck so terrible?!
If the Final Circle had shrunk into a building area, he could at least use the buildings for cover and ambush someone. But putting it in open terrain—how was he supposed to do anything?
But there was no helping it. He had talked big, so even if he had
