"Concerning the Great Dao?"
Ksitigarbha King looked at the young man before him with some doubt. From their earlier conversation, it was clear that Ye Tian seemed to possess knowledge and experience far beyond what his age should have allowed.
Yet the Great Dao was the most mysterious and ethereal existence within the Three Thousand Worlds. Even legends about it were few and far between, much less anyone who truly understood it.
Ksitigarbha's true body had gone to that place precisely because of its connection to the Great Dao. Yet it had never returned, and the outcome was likely far from optimistic.
"This junior only heard it through hearsay. I once met a senior who said that the Heavenly Dao's true body looked exactly like this pattern."
"False."
Before Ye Tian could finish, Ksitigarbha Bodhisattva shook his head.
"The Great Dao is void and elusive, seated above the emptiness and existing amid the stars. The place where it resides is the only remaining pure land of chaos. Even if the senior expert you spoke of had reached an equal realm, he might not have been able to enter that place, much less see the Great Dao's Original Manifestation."
Those words left Ye Tian silent. After all, he had merely heard of it.
Seeing was believing; hearing was doubting. He understood that principle as well.
"The Dao of reincarnation is likely something I will never be able to pursue in this lifetime. Though you have inherited only my arts, I still hope that one day, you can establish your own reincarnation. This is not merely my hope. Anyone with the ambition to transcend this heaven and earth and venture into the void beyond the domains must pass through this hurdle."
"There must be some explanation behind this."
Ye Tian said.
"No
