Danzo felt somewhat frustrated. After the Uchiha Clan's destruction, there were only a few pairs of Sharingan left in the Ninja World. Orochimaru had "picked out" the easiest targets; obtaining the remaining Sharingan would truly take considerable effort.

"Don't worry. I have high standards for vessels. If Second Pillar's capacity is limited, I won't take him away." As if he had seen through Danzo's thoughts, Orochimaru chuckled softly.

"Is that so?" Danzo said noncommittally. "Behind Second Pillar stands Uchiha Itachi. You're going after his younger brother... Hmph. And Second Pillar is still at the Ninja Academy, with more than a year left before graduation. By the time he takes the Chunin Exams... who knows when that will be."

"If that's the case..." Orochimaru frowned slightly.

According to his original plan, he would send Otogakure's Genin to participate normally in this year's Chunin Exams. Then, at next year's Chunin Exams, he would put the Konoha Crush Plan into action.

Second Pillar would graduate next year. If he took the Chunin Exams that same year, Orochimaru could kill two birds with one stone!

If he did not participate in next year's Chunin Exams... hmph, then it would mean Second Pillar's talent and capacity amounted to nothing much. How could he possibly be qualified to serve as Orochimaru's reincarnation vessel?

Danzo lifted his eyelids and suddenly asked, "Orochimaru, do you know Uchiha Houka's whereabouts?"

Orochimaru smiled. "Uchiha Houka? Heh heh, so what if I do? Danzo, your people can never defeat him."

Danzo fell into thought, wondering whether Orochimaru had gotten involved with Uchiha Houka.

Right. In the Konoha Crush Plan, the foremost problem was holding back the White Fang of Konoha. Orochimaru would deal with Hiruzen, but who would hold off the White Fang of Konoha?
