Tang Tian toured the rapidly developing Chinatown with Olson and saw its shops drawing crowds of tourists and locals. He offered her the largest, most prominent empty shop to use however she wanted.

- Tang Tian and Olson ate at the crayfish restaurant and visited the Roasted Wings Restaurant, which attracted many Chinese tourists taking photos.
- Tang Tian told Olson that the empty shop at Chinatown’s busiest intersection would be called Olson’s Shop and that she could do whatever she wanted inside.
