From time to time, a Horn Demon would be shoved out of the territory, and the others would swarm out after it, leaping beyond the border to slaughter their unlucky companion. Then they would discover that they, too, had left the protected zone and become targets for slaughter—but the Horn Demons seemed not to care in the slightest.

A Skeleton Demon was taking off its own head and washing it with sand. The core of a Skeleton Demon was a mass of dark essence within its body; everything else was merely an attachment. Dark essence usually did not remain in a fixed position, but no matter where the Skeleton Demon hid it, Ye could see it clearly.
