Howling Wind Wolf

After the time it took to drink a cup of tea, they still had not left the bamboo forest.

More than thirty Cyan Demon Wolves burst out of the bushes ahead. One of them was over a zhang long, its body covered in cyan mane.

"Howling Wind Wolf!"

Shen Long recognized the origin of the Cyan Demon Wolves.

The Wolf King was at the First Rank Late Stage, and there were more than a dozen first rank early stage Howling Wind Wolves.

Ye Yuqing threw out a Talisman flickering with cyan light. It transformed into a cyan wind wall over a zhang tall and a zhang long, blocking the way before them.

Cyan Wind Blades struck the Cyan Wind Wall one after another, all of them collapsing. The Cyan Wind Wall remained completely unharmed.

Led by the Wolf King, the thirty-odd Howling Wind Wolves charged at Shen Long and the others.

As Ye Yuqing released the Green Wind Tiger, she also threw out a Talisman flashing with yellow light. The yellow Talisman sank into the ground.

More than twenty Howling Wind Wolves felt the ground beneath their feet soften. A huge sandpit appeared, and they fell into it.

It twisted its head around and bit down on the Cyan Vine, snapping it apart, just as a Crimson Fireball as large as a water vat came crashing down.

With a thunderous boom, the Crimson Fireball exploded, and Crimson Flame engulfed the Howling Wind Wolf.

Before the flames had dispersed, another Crimson Fireball as large as a water vat came smashing down.

Shen Long released Crimson Fireballs one after another to attack the Howling Wind Wolf. The wolf unleashed Cyan Wind Blades at Shen Long, but they were blocked by the Black Tortoise Shield.

The Howling Wind Wolf charged at Shen Long. Before it came within five zhang of him, a thick Cyan Vine burst from the ground and wrapped around its hind leg. Almost at the same moment, a Crimson Fireball shot over and struck the Howling Wind Wolf.

Crimson Fireballs struck the Howling Wind Wolf one after another. Before long, it was at death's door, its body charred black and giving off a burnt stench. The Mystic Water Blade shot over and severed its head.

By then, Xu Lei and the others had also finished their battle. The Wolf King had been no match for the three of them. Ye Yuqing had far too many First Rank Talismans in hand, and the Dharma Artifacts she carried were quite powerful as well.
