Inside the café, Sakayanagi Arisu and Kamuro Masumi sat on either side of Uesugi Hara.
"What are you two doing? Acting as my bodyguards?" Uesugi Hara asked, raising an eyebrow.
"If Uesugi can convince me, I might consider it," Sakayanagi Arisu replied with a bright smile.
Kamuro Masumi glanced at Uesugi Hara but didn't respond, sitting quietly in her seat.
Uesugi Hara hadn't wanted to come. He'd been planning to try the "essential oil spa" someone had recommended, but Sakayanagi had offered to pay extra, so he'd had to put it off.

Kamuro Masumi was instantly annoyed. She'd been keeping so quiet—how had the fire ended up getting turned on her?
"What are you looking at?" she said coldly.
"Nothing. I was just wondering whether you were really interested."
"Uesugi, that's enough! Why would I be interested in something like that? Don't force your perverted thoughts onto me!"
"What was I thinking? How do you know what I was thinking? Unless..."
"You!" Kamuro Masumi was so angry she couldn't get the words out.
"All right, all right. Uesugi, stop teasing Kamuro," Sakayanagi Arisu interjected, trying to smooth things over. "Kamuro, you should learn your lesson, too. Don't fall for it every time."
"Now you're trying to be nice? I wonder who started deflecting the blame in the first place," Uesugi Hara
