Uesugi Hara walked alongside Sakayanagi Arisu. "Why do I have to come along too?"
Sakayanagi Arisu gave him a strange look. "Doesn't a young lady bring a retainer when she goes out?"
"Isn't Kamuro here?" Uesugi Hara said, pointing at Kamuro Masumi beside them.
Kamuro Masumi glared at him.
Sakayanagi Arisu pretended to look shy. "Having Uesugi nearby makes me feel a little safer."
"And after we finish chatting, we'll play a little game. I hope Uesugi will join us too."

"No, no."
"Uesugi, next time you're humoring someone, remember to change your tone."
Uesugi Hara drawled, "Yes."
