The Four Divine Beasts Fall
Everything around them had plunged into absolute darkness. The four Chief Gods, Azure Dragon and the others, could only occasionally disrupt the darkness with Sovereign's Might and catch a blurred glimpse of the outside world, but they could never break through and escape. Even the divine-force dragon claw that Azure Dragon controlled with all his might, along with Valeria's body, was gradually corroded and swallowed by the darkness, vanishing without a trace and severing their connection.
"Wretched brat!" Azure Dragon roared at the sky, his hair whipped into disarray by the currents. "Lincoln, what good is hiding like a coward? If you have the guts, come out and fight us face-to-face!"
"Lincoln, I'll tear you limb from limb!" Vermilion Bird beat her wings furiously and let out a piercing cry.
"Big brother, let's use our Innate Divine Ability once more! I refuse to believe this little Lincoln is that powerful!" White Tiger lashed his tail and roared.
Only Black Tortoise retained some sense. His eyes flickered as he said something that even Lincoln had hardly expected.
"Lincoln, you want the Water Element High Sovereign Spark? Take it. Why make enemies of us brothers? Once you refine the Water Chief Sovereign Spark, only your Wind Element Divine Clone won't be a Chief God. If you'll spare us, we're willing to help you hunt down a Wind Sovereign!"
"Fourth brother, what are you babbling about? We'll fight Lincoln to the death!" White Tiger said furiously.
"Exactly! We Four Divine Beasts would never beg anyone for mercy!" Nimo roared.
"Second sister, third brother, our lives are at stake. Is this really the time to say such things?" Black Tortoise argued.
"Haha, so there's someone among you four who understands reason. But why would I conspire with you to
