Daniel smiled too. "Father, Mother, it was this little one's birth that gave me a sudden insight and let me break through that barrier. I finally became a god."

Lincoln patted his son on the shoulder, unable to hide his joy. "It's good that you became a god, but don't set your sights too low. Becoming a god is only the foundation. You'll have to keep working hard to reach Mid-God, Highgod, and even Paragon High-God."

Daniel's smile widened, and he nodded firmly.

Lincoln continued, "But remember this: you must never refine a Divine Spark. Otherwise, I'll make sure you understand why flowers are red."

Daniel's eyes widened, and the corner of his mouth twitched. He knew exactly what his father meant. When he was little, his backside had been red as a flower more times than he could count. But he was a god now—he couldn't endure that kind of "humiliation" ever again.

Aier pulled Daniel aside and chided Lincoln, "He's all grown up. At least spare him some dignity in front of his wife!"

Luna looked at Daniel in confusion. He pressed a hand to his temple and smiled wryly. He'd been able to bluff his way past Luna before, but now she'd surely keep asking until she got to the bottom of it.

Then Daniel grew serious. "Father, Mother, I want to take Luna to the Heavenly Realm!"

Lincoln, Aier, and Luna all stopped smiling and gazed at Daniel.

"Once the baby is born, I'll take Luna to the Heavenly Realm. Father, you told me before that only Low-Gods remain on this plane, and none of them cultivate the Fate Edict. There's no point in staying here any longer. The Heavenly Realm is a Supreme Plane. Once Luna becomes a god, she'll have a good environment to cultivate in, no matter which element she chooses." Daniel laid out his thoughts one by one. It seemed he'd been considering this for a long time.

Lincoln smiled warmly and patted Daniel's shoulder again. "You really have grown up. I support whatever you decide. But it's very difficult for a Saint-level to survive in a Divine Plane or Supreme Plane. You should wait until Luna becomes a god, too."

Aier was a little worried. She didn't try to dissuade them, but said, "Low-Gods are everywhere across the Supreme Planes. Have your father get you a better Divine Artifact!"

As the child of a Chief God, Daniel could receive a Sovereign Artifact directly. He'd been in the Material Plane all this time, with Lincoln keeping a close eye on him and Azure Sparrow and Walter guarding him. He'd been safe enough, so Lincoln hadn't given him the artifact, wanting him to gain more experience instead.

Walter had already become a Highgod, while Azure Sparrow had refined a Divine Spark and become a Low-God.

Though Daniel knew that refining a Divine Spark meant a short road ahead, becoming a god on one's own was a long, treacherous path lined with thorns. At any moment, he could fall from a cliff. It was hard not to waver when others passed him with ease and went farther and farther ahead, while a shortcut lay right at his feet.

Lincoln nodded and took out a pitch-black breastplate, handing it to Daniel to claim as its master.

Luna spoke up for Daniel. "I'm willing to go to the Heavenly Realm with him. Daniel waited decades for me to reach Saint-level. I don't want to make him wait any longer!"

Lincoln burst out laughing. "Young people are always so young. It doesn't matter if it's decades, hundreds, thousands, or even tens of thousands of years—it all passes in the blink of an eye. Still, there's something wonderful about being young. If you want to go, then go!"

Aier couldn't help giving them a long list of careful instructions. Daniel and Luna already had several drops of Sovereign's Might in their spatial rings. As Aier explained, they were exceedingly rare treasures that could turn the tide at a critical moment, help them escape with their lives, or even let them kill an opponent. They needed to use them wisely.

As Daniel and his wife left together, leaning against each other in happiness, Lincoln began making arrangements with Teluzake. In the Supreme Plane, Azure Sparrow and Walter wouldn't be able to protect Daniel.

After his grandson Harry was born, Daniel finally began his own great adventure.

Of course, at Aier's insistence, he left his Saint Original Body behind to keep the child company.

It wasn't because they needed someone to look after the baby; they had plenty of people for that. They wanted to give the child a somewhat happier childhood.

After learning from Daniel's Saint Original Body where the couple had been transported, Teluzake immediately followed them to the Heavenly Realm with a Main God Token, as Lincoln had arranged. After using the teleportation array several times, he arrived at the same destination.

In the years that followed, he secretly protected Daniel, appearing as his "savior" when necessary. With Teluzake's Six-Star strength and the aid of Sovereign's Might, he could hold his own against an Asura.

Ordinary Asuras, and even Peak Asuras, should be able to guess Daniel's or Teluzake's identity from the way they used Sovereign's Might. They wouldn't dare make things too difficult for them.

If all else failed, they could always resort to self-exile. After all, Daniel had a Material Defense Sovereign Artifact.

A hundred thousand years later, in the Divine Plane to which the Chines Material Plane was attached, Dark Lincoln was studying the innate abilities of Divine Beasts.

A Three-Headed Li Roar resembled a Unicorn. Its horn was purple and spiraled, and its central head was flanked by a lion's head on one side and a black panther's on the other.

"Three-Headed Li Roars automatically become gods of Light, Darkness, and Thunder after reaching adulthood. Their foundation for godhood is the Elemental Mysteries... When all three heads roar together, they can suppress changes in the Mysteries and greatly weaken their opponent's attacks..." Lincoln repeatedly studied the data from his previous experiments, trying to uncover the key secret.

Lincoln took out a drop of the roar's Quintessence Blood and infused it evenly with divine power. The blood instantly turned black and white, with arcs of lightning dancing through it.

"That's right. The Quintessence Blood undergoes a strange transformation after being infused with divine power. When combined with the soul halo, it can weaken an opponent's attacks tenfold." Lincoln tried to recreate the soul halo, but failed.

If he could successfully study and use this ability, he'd have a better chance of facing the Four Divine Beasts and other Chief Sovereigns who possessed offensive Supreme Artifacts.

Unfortunately, an Innate Divine Ability resulted from the interaction between Quintessence Blood and the soul. Lincoln could analyze Divine Beast Essence Blood to a certain extent, but he still didn't understand how it worked. He had no idea how to get around the soul, either.

Even Uterede had managed to bypass the differences between the Four Divine Beasts' souls and create Space-Time Chaos, a knockoff Combined Innate Divine Ability. Yet Lincoln couldn't even imitate a single Innate Divine Ability.

Just then, space suddenly tore open, and a figure stepped through.
