Someone who refines a High-level Sovereign Spark is a hundred times stronger than they would be if they refined a Mid-level Sovereign Spark, and ten thousand times stronger than if they refined a Low-level Sovereign Spark," Lincoln continued, explaining the differences between Sovereign Sparks.
