Asura-level experts were divided into ordinary Asuras, Peak Asuras, and top-tier Asuras.
An ordinary Asura might be Elder Bru of the Azure Dragon Clan or Nicholas of the Bolin Family. Although they had fused five mysteries, they were not Super Divine Beasts and did not possess Sovereign Artifacts.
Peak Asuras included the clan leaders of the Eight Great Clans and the Four Divine Beasts Clan, as well as certain Chief God's Emissaries, Infernal Realm Prefecture Lords, and Purgatory Commanders. They had also fused five mysteries, but their physical or soul attacks were stronger than those of ordinary Asuras, or they possessed Sovereign Artifacts.
Top-tier Asuras included Mosi, Reisjing, Aiken, Hermes, and Beirut. They were either Super Divine Beasts, special lifeforms, or experts whose understanding of the Laws and Mysteries was just short of perfection. Some were even suspected of being Paragons, capable of killing Asuras with ease.
For now, they could only guess that among the Asuras who had appeared from the Four Divine Beasts Clan, at least three were Peak Asuras, with strength on par with the clan leaders.
One Earth-style expert who concealed his strength and excelled at Gravity Space was even stronger in soul cultivation than Nicholas. He could almost certainly be considered a Peak Asura.
Another was an exceptionally skilled Dark-style expert who specialized in concealment and assassination.
The last was Garen, who hadn't made a move. Nicholas suspected that he was the leader of the group and was very likely a Peak Asura as well.
The Asura who had concealed himself had killed Nicholas instantly, without giving him the slightest chance to react. Even Bolin, the strongest among them, admitted he couldn't have done the same.
They could only speculate about how Nicholas had died. They still couldn't figure out what had really happened.
