Among the multiverse, humanoid races were the most numerous. Of course, "humanoid" did not mean they all conformed to human aesthetics—for instance, most demons and devils, grotesque as they were, could be considered humanoid races. Elves, too, were certainly a major branch among humanoids.

The cause of this interesting ecological state was not witches, but the Anse Elves.
The Anse Elves absolutely counted among the elves with the strongest vitality and the cruelest, most domineering temperaments.
They hunted other varieties of elves for food. Like witches, they conquered all manner of races and regarded them as servants.
The clothing characteristic of Anse's golden age symbolized one's splendid and luxurious status.
