The first letter was from Dream Garden Club. They had provided a list of Level 4 spells and a list of Level 5 spells. The letter said that after choosing two Level 4 spells and one Level 5 spell, she could take the letter to the training base and exchange it with the witch named Emily Joe.

There were no rare spells on it, nor any particularly precious ones, but that did nothing to diminish Dream Garden Club's generosity... As Jiang Han pondered, she looked over the two spell lists.
