Cat Friends, Fox Friends

Jiang Han leaned over and maliciously extended a claw toward her good friend's ears, giving them a fierce yank!

With a pop! the two fox ears came right off!

Just as Miss Fox was startled, she shouted at the fox ears she had pulled off:

"Li Li!"

The fluffy fox ears in her hand twitched as though they had come alive. Before Jiang Han could react, Miss Li Li snatched them back and, under the astonished gazes of the surrounding witches, used both hands to reinstall them on her head.

Her big eyes blinked, her ears rapidly twitched and trembled two or three times, and her fox tail swished once as well.

"Jiang Han! What are you doing here?" Li Li asked in delight, then her gaze settled on Jiang Han's ears and tail.

"Isn't it obvious? I joined the Witch Conflict. I set out from South City's harbor district and haven't been home in weeks." Jiang Han grinned, then grew a little depressed.
